It is a question many people don't dare ask: what happens if the singer loses their voice the day before the wedding? With us, the answer is simple: the concert goes ahead.
Every musician has a dedicated stand-in
Around the quartet is the JamBag family: trusted professional musicians who know our repertoire and share our standards. Every band member has a dedicated stand-in. A sick drummer, a stranded bassist: we handle the replacement ourselves, without you having to deal with it.
If a musician is replaced, we always let you know. And if it is the lead voice that has to change, we introduce the person and confirm the choice with you before the event.
The concert goes ahead, whatever happens
Illness, the unexpected: it happens to every band. But it is not your problem, it is ours. When you book JamBag, the concert goes ahead, with professional musicians who deliver, own the stage and run the night.
And if a concert ever could not go ahead because of us, it would be fully refunded. It has never happened.
Punctuality is a rule
We usually arrive three hours before the performance. That head start already includes a comfortable margin. If something on the road were to delay us, we always warn the client and the technical supplier, and that margin means the concert is never at risk.
Peace of mind
Organising a wedding or an event already means a lot to handle. Music shouldn't be one of those things. That is why we have built a solid team around the band: so that on the day, you have just one thing to do, enjoy it.
Meet the musicians of the JamBag family.
Carl, for JamBag
